Authentic Passion

MIDNIGHT TŌGE KIDS is a group of enthusiasts, driven by our love for classic Japanese cars and tōge culture. This passion is expressed through practice, mechanics, documentation, analog photography, and the archiving of rare media.

Brotherhood and Respect

We defend a healthy team spirit, free of ego and toxic competition. Responsible and respectful of the roads, others, and the community, we move forward together. Helping each other comes naturally, whether it’s with mechanics, sharing archives, or organizing sessions on the tōge or the track.

Tōge Culture

For us, tōge racing is thrilling yet always respectful: we drive for pleasure, skill, and experience. No unnecessary showing off, no putting ourselves in danger. The mountain is sacred, and every session is a tribute to the origins of the practice.

Preserving the Legacy

Through the @mtk_archives account, the group shines a light on the memory of the Japanese car scene from the 80s to the 2000s — VHS tapes, tuning magazines, DVDs. Hot Version, Option, etc. It’s about preserving this culture to pass it on to future generations.

Old-School Aesthetic

Everything is filmed in Hi8, MiniDV, or analog cameras to honor the spirit of the era. Nostalgia isn’t a style, but a philosophy. Every image becomes an archive for the future.

Self-Reliance and DIY

MIDNIGHT TōGE KIDS operates like a fanzine or an independent crew: self-funded stickers, in-house shop. No sponsors, NO MARKETING. Authenticity comes first, and every action reflects our deep respect for the scene.
