1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article Section L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to:

2. Return policy
Products must be returned to their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, documentation, etc.) and unopened, in order to be eligible for a refund.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, opened, or soiled will not be neither returned nor refunded.

the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, because MTK Club shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the returned package.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article Section L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery (in particular magazines in blister packs or plastic packaging).
- Items that are customized or specially ordered at the customer's request.
- Digital files, downloads, or dematerialized content provided immediately after purchase.
4. refunds
Once the return has been received and verified, MTK Club will proceed to the refund of the product within a maximum period of 14 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the initial order.
the initial shipping costs will not be refund, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Defective products or order errors
In the event of a defective or damaged product, or a shipping error attributable to MTK Club, return shipping costs will be fully covered by the association.
